The premier cement for plastic models made by Tamiya.  This 40 ml cement is a must have for all enthusiasts.  
Instructions:
Glue parts together using Tamiya Cement.  Apply a small amount of cement to one of the gluing surfaces and press parts together.  Allow some time for cement to dry and completely harden.
